Alta Badia is a ski resort in the Dolomites of northern Italy, in the upper part of the Val Badia in South Tyrol. Centered on Corvara, the extended area's lift-served summit elevation is 2,550 m (8,366 ft) on the Sella group, with an overall vertical drop of 1,226 m (4,022 ft) to Pedraces.

La Villa is located within the Sellaronda ski circuit, a popular ski area in the Italian Dolomites with ski runs suitable for all ability levels. La Villa is known for its perfectly groomed slopes and high mountain landscapes. The ski resort also offers lots of modern ski lifts and well-connected ski slopes, as well as lots of off-piste skiing opportunities. Furthermore, the ski resort organizes special activities for families, such as children and beginner's ski days and snowshoe excursions.
La Villa is an excellent destination for hikers, with miles of trails to explore in picturesque mountain scenery. The region is known for its rugged mountain terrain and remote valleys, providing plenty of opportunities for hikers to get off the beaten path. There is also plenty of opportunity for longer hikes in the area, with mountain passes leading over some of the more prominent peaks, providing stunning views of the surrounding valleys. La Villa is also home to some of the most impressive glacial lakes in the region, and is a favorite among hikers for its peaceful and tranquil environment.
